2021 Tax Return Information

Please fill out the information worksheet to its entirety.  Once you submit we automatically receive it to our secure email.  

Once you have completed filling out the "Information Worksheet" section you will need to email other required paperwork. 

If you are a new customer we will need copies of your driver's license, social security cards for taxpayers and all dependents, all w2's and any additional tax documents.   

If you are a returning customer we only need a copy of driver's license if you renewed them within the last year.  If you claiming the same dependents we should also have all required information. If for some reason we need it we can collect later

Appointments are primarily virtual and once you schedule your appointment be on the look out for a Zoom link.  Alternatively, if you feel you need an in person appointment make sure you stroll down and choose In Person Tax Return.
